1. About TradeNail

TradeNail is operated by FlowDigital s.r.o. (IČO 24535184), registered at Uralská 689/7, Bubeneč, 160 00 Praha 6, Czech Republic ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using TradeNail, you agree to these Terms.

2. What TradeNail is

TradeNail is a trading journal, analytics, and backtesting tool. It lets you log trades manually or via a read-only exchange API connection, view statistics about your own trading history, and simulate strategies against historical market data.

3. Not financial advice

TradeNail is a record-keeping and analytics tool, not a licensed financial or investment adviser. Nothing displayed in the app — including statistics, AI Chat responses, backtest results, or calculator outputs — is financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading crypto assets carries a high risk of loss, and past performance (yours or simulated) does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

4. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use TradeNail.

5. Subscriptions and billing

TradeNail offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan billed monthly via Stripe. Prices shown are in USD and, where applicable, VAT is calculated and added based on your billing location.

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the billing portal in the app; it remains active until the end of the current billing period.

14-day money-back guarantee: if you're not happy with Pro within the first 14 days of a charge, email support@tradenail.com for a full refund.

6. Exchange connections

When you connect an exchange, we ask you to use a read-only API key with no withdrawal or trading permissions. Your API keys are encrypted at rest. We are not responsible for losses resulting from API keys created with broader permissions than recommended.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse TradeNail — no reverse engineering, no attempting to access other users' data, no using the service for unlawful purposes.

8. Limitation of liability

TradeNail is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
